Terms of service

1. www.payexchange.net is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Reserve Exchange Service.
2. Payments to www.payexchange.net for purchase of e-metal constitute a contract between you, the Buyer, and www.payexchange.net, the Seller. The Buyer agrees to provide funds which are free and clear. The Seller agrees to credit the amount of the purchase into the Buyer`s account. Once the Seller has credited the e-metal to the Buyer`s account, the Seller`s responsibility shall be complete.
3. www.payexchange.net verifies every order we receive. We will fund your account within 72 hours!
4. Credit card orders are processed in 72 hours after verification (if necessary). If you are new customer, we need a scan of both sides of your card and scan of drivers license (or copy of passport) in JPG format. Our email is support@payexchange.net. 
5. WARNING! All credit card orders will be verified by phone.

Order Status
After you have placed your order at our site you may get its status using "Order Tracking" feature. To get order status you should enter email and order ID. If you forgot your ID please use "Forgot your order#?" feature.

All sales are final, but in the event that you decide not to keep your e-currency, www.payexchange.net will buy it back at 105%.
